Timber Village Museum

Visitors to Timber Village Museum can picnic in the park-like setting and view the Northern Ontario Logging Memorial. Seen from Hwy 17, it is a beautiful bronze sculpture -- dedicated to the loggers and lumberjacks of the area.

Browse past a variety of lumber equipment and machinery used in the camps and the mill.

The Piler

In the largest white pine sawmill east of the Rocky Mountains, lumber handlers operated this piler to make precision stacks of lumber awaiting shipment to far away places.
